On April 11, 2019 we hosted a Jazz Social & Scanning Party at the Philadelphia Clef Club, in which we invited members of the local jazz community to bring their personal photos, event programs, and other materials to be scanned, with the digital images to be incorporated into the Philly Jazz Archives we are creating. Over 50 people attended and we captured several hundred digital images of relevant materials. Attendees enjoyed complimentary food and music by the Sam Reed Trio.
